Returns & Exchanges

At Buttercup Bras, we want to ensure you find your perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a box of your choice, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
